Jhenidah Ex-Cadets Association (JEXCA) is an alumni Association of the ex-students of Jhenidah Cadet College (JCC). JEXCA is renowned nationally and internationally for the excellent performance, achievements and dedication of its members in the country and all over the world as well. Currently there are more than 2,500 members occupying different professions; about 29% serving Bangladesh Armed Forces, 16% are Engineers, 15% are in Medical profession, 14% are in corporate service, 7% in business and rest are in other fields of expertise.
 
JEXCA organizes frequent get-togethers to cherish the memory of golden days in the cadet college. It also organizes a reunion at Jhenidah Cadet College in every five years. Besides, from the moral obligations, it organizes charity activities for helping the poor of the country. JEXCA Free Friday Clinic, post disaster relief activities, scholarship programme, etc. are few of the mentionable.
